This manuscript was sent to us before Alan Volne disappeared. There were no instructions. No return address. No follow-up. Only the text and a single line written on the envelope. "Get it out."

We do not know who Alan Volne really is. We have no way to confirm his identity, his career, or the specifics of his personal history. What we can tell you is that we have spent considerable time looking into the claims made in these pages, and enough of it checks out to make the rest impossible to dismiss.

We are not journalists. We are not activists. We are not affiliated with any political organization, intelligence agency, or publishing house. We are a small group of individuals who received something we believe the public has a right to read.

Why We Built This Site

No publisher would touch this manuscript. Every platform we approached either declined without explanation or stopped responding entirely. Two people who agreed to help distribute it changed their minds within days, offering no reason. One deleted their social media accounts the same week.

That pattern told us more than the rejections themselves.

This site was built for one purpose: to make the book available to anyone who wants to read it, for as long as we are able to keep it online. We have no interest in fame, credit, or attention. The book speaks for itself. Our job was to make sure it could.
